Erin Allen
Erin brings her vast marketing skills to the team. Erin creates a custom marketing plan for each listing and implements a marketing strategy to get homes sold quickly for the maximum price. She has been bestowed the Excellence in Internet Marketing award by Realtor.com multiple times, as well as other marketing awards.
Erin has an 18-year background in the legal field. After her legal career she was able to realize her dream of owning and operating a bed and breakfast: The Mango Inn. During her 10 years as an innkeeper, she served as Vice President on the Board of Directors of the State of Florida Bed and Breakfast Inns Association and was responsible for creating and implementing their long-range marketing plan. Through her marketing skills, her bed and breakfast was featured in multiple national and international travel magazines, as well as Southern Living and Country Living magazines. After selling the inn she joined her husband Bo as a full-time real estate associate.
Erin and her husband are fiercely dedicated to their community of Lake Worth Beach and have bragging rights for founding the nationally renowned Street Painting Festival in 1993. They have contributed to the community through the following community outreach projects:
- Purchased a “Buddy Bench” for each of the local elementary school playgrounds as part of a global anti-bullying initiative and was awarded by the Palm Beach County Mental Health Association for their efforts.
- Underwrote the Free Little Art Galleries of Lake Worth Beach whose mission is to provide neighborhood-based spaces for the display of artwork and a forum for the free exchange of small-scale art in the city.
- Helped to underwrite the art in public places Adirondack Chair Project that was accomplished in partnership with the Lake Worth Beach CRA. Local artists were asked to turn an Adirondack chair into a unique piece of art. With over 150 applications, the 12 artists were chosen, and their works of art are on display throughout the city for the next year.
Erin currently serves as Chairperson of the newly formed City of Lake Worth Beach Business Advisory Board. The Board serves as a conduit between the businesses and the City.
She is looking forward to serving her community on the Board of the Lake Worth Beach Chamber of Commerce, which is currently being formed.
